Purchasing an artwork
All artworks can be bought directly from me via bank transfer. A limited selection of artworks are also available to buy directly through my ONLINE CATALOGUE .
If you wish to pay in instalments, I also offer a payment plan via direct debit, allowing you to pay over 10 monthly O% interest instalments following a 20% deposit payment. Please email me if you would like to discuss this.
Artworks can be collected in person from my studio in Helston, Cornwall, DUST, Penzance, Cornwall or shipped nationally/internationally. This cost will be worked out on an individual basis and depend on whether the work is framed or unframed.

The Picture Room, Newlyn Art Gallery, 2019
The work made for the Picture Room show is about my relationship to wild places, to solitude and the silence found in particular environments. Walking in The Severn mountain range in Bergen, passing through the landscape on foot I gathered a range of marks inspired by the landscape. They reflect an emptiness and transience familiar in my work. Influenced by Chinese watercolour painting using black ink and brushes to create loose free impressions of place they become emotive and ephemeral. The marks are a reflection on my memories of a place and what can be felt and not seen. They are a fusion of my inner and outer experience of the Bergen mountain range and how the two coexist in one space. They express my deep appreciation of lonely places and the beauty felt in momentary experiences.
